Direct bid contact
Send the opportunity directly to Brandon
I work directly with commercial buyers, procurement teams, general contractors, property managers, agencies, schools, venues, corporate teams, nonprofits, and other organizations that need competitive pricing for print and signage work. If you have a formal RFP or a simple scope that needs pricing, send it to me and I will help route the project through the appropriate AlphaGraphics production resources.
The fastest way to get a useful response is to include the bid due date, questions deadline, project locations, quantities, specifications, artwork or drawings, delivery or installation requirements, and the pricing format you need returned.

Formal procurement
RFP, RFQ, ITB or informal pricing request
You do not need a formal procurement document to ask for pricing. I can work from a structured RFP, RFQ, ITB, plan set, spreadsheet, email scope, or a combination of files. For formal bids, include the exact submission instructions and any forms that must be completed.
Read the bid package preparation guideScope review
I would rather clarify the scope than guess
If a drawing conflicts with the written scope, a material is unclear, or an installation condition changes the production path, I may send questions before final pricing. That is intentional. The goal is a bid that matches the actual project instead of a low number built on assumptions.
