Why I built this
A surprising amount of print trouble starts before a file reaches production. The finished size is unclear. Bleed was never added. A letter fold was built with three equal panels. A mail piece was designed before anyone reserved the addressing and postal areas.
I built this tool to give designers, marketing teams, property managers, event teams, and customers a faster way to start with the right production geometry. Give it the finished size and the type of piece you are building. When the geometry is clear, the tool is designed to create the PDF template instead of only describing the dimensions.
What the tool creates
Standard print templates
Flyers, postcards, brochures, cards, handouts, and similar pieces with an exact final trim size plus bleed and safe-area guides.
Folded pieces
Z folds, letter or C folds, accordion folds, gatefolds, and roll folds with fold geometry based on the requested fold type rather than assuming every panel is equal.
Mailer templates
Mailing layouts can include a protected postal region, recipient-information zone, return-address area, and indicia placement. Treat the result as production setup and confirm current mailing requirements before release.
Vector PDF output
The template rules are designed for true vector PDF guides and text instead of a flattened screenshot or raster template image.
Try requests like these
Use final trimmed dimensions unless you explicitly tell the tool otherwise. If a fold direction or another geometry decision is ambiguous, the tool should ask before generating the PDF.

Use the template as a production starting point, not final preflight
A correct template does not automatically mean the finished artwork is ready to print. Images still need enough resolution. Fonts and linked assets need to behave correctly. Colors, finishing, page order, postal requirements, and actual project specifications still matter. If you are sending the file into production with me, I can review the finished artwork before release.
