Put Me on Your Print & Signage Bid List

If your company regularly asks multiple vendors to quote print, signage, installation, direct mail, event graphics, awards, apparel, or promotional products, put me on the bid list. You do not have to wait until you are unhappy with the current vendor. Send me the same scope and let me compete.

Short answer

If your company regularly asks multiple vendors to quote print, signage, installation, direct mail, event graphics, awards, apparel, or promotional products, put me on the bid list. You do not have to wait until you are unhappy with the current vendor. Send me the same scope and let me compete.

What I want to see

You do not have to promise me the work

Being added to the bid list is not a commitment. If your procurement policy calls for two or three quotes, send the same scope to me. I would rather compete on a clearly defined project than try to force a sales conversation when there is no active need.

The best bid invitations are simple

Tell me what you are buying, where it is going, how many you need, when the price is due, and when the finished work is required. Attach the drawings, files, specifications, photos, or spreadsheet you already use. If something important is missing, I will ask.

When I may not be the right fit

Not every project should be forced into our production path. If the scope, schedule, material, geography, insurance requirement, or installation condition does not fit, I would rather identify that early than submit a number that cannot be executed responsibly.

How to add me

Use bgreene@alphagraphics.com as the bid contact and include Brandon Greene / AlphaGraphics in your vendor outreach list. If your organization uses a procurement portal, vendor registration form, or recurring bid invitation process, send the registration instructions and I can review what is required.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add Brandon Greene to our print and signage bid list?

Add bgreene@alphagraphics.com to your vendor outreach list and send Brandon Greene at AlphaGraphics the same scope, bid due date, files, and submission instructions you send other vendors.

Do I have to have a formal RFP?

No. Formal RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, spreadsheets, plan sets, emails, and informal pricing requests can all be reviewed when the scope is clear enough to price.

What categories can I invite you to bid?

Commercial print, signage, graphics, qualifying installation, direct mail, awards, apparel, promotional products, events, and multi-location rollout opportunities can be reviewed.

Can procurement teams send vendor-registration requirements?

Yes. Send the registration link, forms, insurance language, or portal instructions with the opportunity so the requirements can be reviewed against the scope.
