Common conference pieces
For conferences, expos, and trade shows, these are the pieces customers ask for most often:
- Retractable banners
- Foam board signs and tabletop boards
- Step and repeat backdrops
- Table covers
- QR code signs
- Schedule and wayfinding signs
- Product sheets and sell sheets
- Booklets, catalogs, and demo guides
- Business cards and appointment cards
What matters at the booth
Conference graphics need to be readable while people are moving. That changes the way the file should be built.
- Short headline that can be read from the aisle
- Logo placement that still works when people stand in front of the table
- QR codes large enough to scan
- Simple handout copy that supports the sales conversation
- Display sizes that fit the booth rules
- Materials that can be carried, shipped, or delivered without damage
If you send the booth size, event instructions, and a rough idea of how the table will be used, Brandon can help you avoid ordering the wrong pieces.
Rush display printing
Rush display jobs are possible when the details are clear. The job moves faster when the artwork is finished, sizes are confirmed, and the materials are standard.
What slows things down is usually missing booth information, low-resolution logos, late copy changes, special materials, or unclear delivery instructions. If the deadline is tight, send what you have and let Brandon tell you what can actually be produced in time.
Delivery to Austin venues
For local conferences, send the delivery information early. Brandon will need the event name, venue, setup time, booth number, on-site contact, and any exhibitor delivery rules.
If the event is at Palmer Events Center or another Austin venue, good delivery details can save a lot of back-and-forth during move-in.
What to send first
For a fast quote, send:
- The event name and date
- Booth size and booth number, if available
- Finished sizes for signs and banners
- Quantity for handouts
- Print-ready PDFs, if available
- Delivery or pickup preference
If the display plan is not final, Brandon can still help you narrow down what makes sense before you spend money on the wrong pieces.
Get the sign details right before anyone prints or installs.
Get with Brandon before you order the sign
For the best service on sign and vinyl projects, get Brandon involved early. He can look at the surface, photos, size, access, material, timing, and install details before the job is quoted, printed, or scheduled. That is how you avoid guessing on a sign that has to work in the real location.
- Straight-on photos and close-up photos of the wall, window, vehicle, booth, or sign area
- Rough measurements and the Austin address or install location
- Logo/art files if you have them
- Deadline, opening date, event date, or preferred install window
- Landlord, property, city, booth, or access rules you already have
Goal: get a real answer quickly, avoid production surprises, and let Brandon guide the job before it gets expensive or rushed.
