Austin City Limits · Oct. 2–4 and Oct. 9–11, 2026
ACL weekend can push restaurants, bars, coffee shops, patios, and hotel dining spaces into a different pace. The print list usually needs to be simple, readable, and ready before the first rush hits. Brandon helps you sort out what needs to be printed, what can be reused, and what should be kept flexible in case the offer changes.
Print pieces to plan
Temporary menus and specials
Short-run menus, drink lists, brunch flyers, table tents, QR code cards, and inserts for limited weekend offers.
Patio and entrance signs
Banners, foam boards, coroplast signs, A-frame inserts, window clings, and directional signs that help guests know where to enter, wait, order, or scan.
After-party and live music promotion
Posters, flyers, counter cards, sponsor signs, and small format pieces for local shows, DJ nights, lounge events, and late-night specials.
Replacement pieces
Fast reprints for damaged signs, changed hours, updated prices, new QR codes, or a special that changed after the first proof.
What affects timing
- Whether the job is indoors, outdoors, handled by staff, or exposed to weather during setup.
- Whether the artwork is final, sized correctly, and includes bleed where needed.
- Whether the piece needs finishing such as grommets, hems, lamination, mounting, contour cutting, or delivery coordination.
- Whether the job is a simple reprint or needs design, resizing, file cleanup, QR testing, or multiple versions.
What to send for a quote
- Event date, weekend, setup time, and hard deadline.
- A rough print list, even if the sizes are not final yet.
- Artwork files or brand assets, preferably PDF, packaged Illustrator/InDesign files, or vector logos when available.
- Sizes, quantities, delivery address, contact person, and whether the graphics will be used indoors or outdoors.
- Any venue rules, booth specs, sponsor guidelines, or install requirements you already have.
Send the details to Brandon before ordering the wrong size, material, or quantity. He can help confirm what is realistic for the deadline.
Need it before ACL weekend?
Some banners, posters, foam boards, decals, menus, flyers, and replacement signs can move quickly when the files are ready and the materials are available. Specialty pieces, large installs, promo products, apparel, and high quantities need more planning.
