For food vendors, merch setups, pop-ups, and local brands
A good vendor setup should be easy to read from a distance and fast to understand up close. Around ACL weekend, food vendors, merch tables, pop-ups, and local brands often need practical graphics that set up quickly and hold up through traffic, handling, and weather.
Print pieces to plan
Menu and price signs
Menu boards, price signs, QR payment signs, specials, sold-out signs, and simple updates when the list changes.
Booth and table visibility
Banners, table covers, coroplast signs, foam boards, flags, and branded pieces that help people identify the vendor quickly.
Decals and small signs
Product decals, counter signs, pickup signs, line signs, scan-to-pay signs, and temporary graphics for tight booth spaces.
Backup and replacement pieces
Extra signs for busy weekends, alternate versions for weather, and reprints when a graphic is damaged during setup or transport.
What affects timing
- Whether the job is indoors, outdoors, handled by staff, or exposed to weather during setup.
- Whether the artwork is final, sized correctly, and includes bleed where needed.
- Whether the piece needs finishing such as grommets, hems, lamination, mounting, contour cutting, or delivery coordination.
- Whether the job is a simple reprint or needs design, resizing, file cleanup, QR testing, or multiple versions.
What to send for a quote
- Event date, weekend, setup time, and hard deadline.
- A rough print list, even if the sizes are not final yet.
- Artwork files or brand assets, preferably PDF, packaged Illustrator/InDesign files, or vector logos when available.
- Sizes, quantities, delivery address, contact person, and whether the graphics will be used indoors or outdoors.
- Any venue rules, booth specs, sponsor guidelines, or install requirements you already have.
Send the details to Brandon before ordering the wrong size, material, or quantity. He can help confirm what is realistic for the deadline.
Need it before ACL weekend?
Some banners, posters, foam boards, decals, menus, flyers, and replacement signs can move quickly when the files are ready and the materials are available. Specialty pieces, large installs, promo products, apparel, and high quantities need more planning.
