ACL week creates plenty of side events around town. Some are planned months ahead. Others come together late with a sponsor, artist, venue, or guest list change. Brandon can help build a practical print list so the entrance, check-in, stage area, bar, and sponsor pieces are covered.
Print pieces to plan
Entrance and check-in
Wristband pickup signs, VIP signs, check-in boards, guest list signs, QR code signs, directional arrows, and staff instructions.
Promotion pieces
Posters, flyers, postcards, counter cards, hotel lobby pieces, and social-to-print QR materials for events that need visibility before the show.
Sponsor and photo areas
Step and repeats, sponsor boards, branded backdrops, foam boards, and table graphics for lounges, green rooms, and guest-facing activations.
Last-minute updates
Simple reprints for changed lineups, sponsor additions, venue instructions, new QR links, and updated timing when the event plan shifts.
What affects timing
- Whether the job is indoors, outdoors, handled by staff, or exposed to weather during setup.
- Whether the artwork is final, sized correctly, and includes bleed where needed.
- Whether the piece needs finishing such as grommets, hems, lamination, mounting, contour cutting, or delivery coordination.
- Whether the job is a simple reprint or needs design, resizing, file cleanup, QR testing, or multiple versions.
What to send for a quote
- Event date, weekend, setup time, and hard deadline.
- A rough print list, even if the sizes are not final yet.
- Artwork files or brand assets, preferably PDF, packaged Illustrator/InDesign files, or vector logos when available.
- Sizes, quantities, delivery address, contact person, and whether the graphics will be used indoors or outdoors.
- Any venue rules, booth specs, sponsor guidelines, or install requirements you already have.

Need it before ACL weekend?
Some banners, posters, foam boards, decals, menus, flyers, and replacement signs can move quickly when the files are ready and the materials are available. Specialty pieces, large installs, promo products, apparel, and high quantities need more planning.
